Creative Director and saxophonist, Wilton Elder, and trumpeter-extraordinaire Geoff Wood ( Funk You ) had such a great time playing with Melo, Yemi, and Omar, as always! Special highlights included the Super Deluxe Horns welcoming the newlyweds Katherine & Ryan into the reception space by playing the melody to “Trophies” by Young Money and Drake! This party was lit! We can’t wait to go back to ATL!

Wilton was proactive about communicating leading up to our wedding and always super responsive.
They were also flexible with us and said they would be happy to create a set list for us based on our music preferences, or if we wanted to be more hands on and pick out the songs from their (extensive) selection we could do that too. It was great having both options!
When our day finally came, the band was incredible! So many people asked about them and commented on how great they were. Not only were they amazing musicians, but they were super fun people and had our guests dancing and having fun!

Super Deluxe was invited to entertain recently at the Governor Thomas Bennett House in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina for a very sweet couple, Nikki + Tyler, on Saturday, March 19, 2022!
The band appeared as a 7-pc. ensemble with 2-pc. horn section for the Pistulka-Stokes Wedding, lead by Singer & Saxophonist Wilton Elder. This configuration featured Kyle Lane as the Lead Trumpeter and 2nd Horn, in addition to LaFaye Benton as the Lead Female Vocalist.
Super Deluxe had a wonderful experience working with Sarah Rickman and Samantha Anderson of Anderson Event Design. Super Deluxe was mega-hype to entertain recently for the Waldrop-Beard Wedding at The Island House on Johns Island (near Charleston, South Carolina) on Saturday, February 26, 2022. The bride and groom hired the 7-pc. live band featuring lead singer LaFaye Benton and lead trumpeter James “Bull” Canty along with lead singer & saxophonist, Wilton Elder.
This crowd was so much fun, and the pictures above, provided by Chantilly Lace Photography capture some of those fun and exciting moments! Special request song “Islands In The Stream” by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton was a perfect conclusion to this island celebration on the Stono River.
